Extended Chinese Suicide

This is basically a Trapeze Suicide followed directly by a Chinese Suicide.

Do a Trapeze

Swing the diabolo inwards to give some forward motion.

Then swing the diabolo (still in the trapeze) around the hand stick as you let go of the stick.

Now allow the stick to continue traveling round the diabolo and hand stick to undo the trapeze.
