Difficulty level: beginner
Throw the diabolo up and do a darkside.
Now do a trapeze on which ever hand was on top (e.g. If your dominant hand was on top during the darkside catch then do a trapeze on your dominant side).
Throw out to either side. Alternatively do another trapeze and you can throw it straight up!
