High Throw

Exactly what it says!

Pull the string taught and pull up to get the best out of your throw.

Throw the diabolo as high as you can!

(Throw it next to a building to judge the height but watch out not to loose your diabolo!)

To make the catch easier, point your dominant hand stick towards the diabolo and leave your non dominant arm relaxed.
